      SymTrain gives their employees flexibility to enable them to do their best work. Managers are happy to help when you need them to and easy to reach. Nice culture that is enthusiastic about their product and future.

      Cons

      Usual struggles of a smaller start-up company, but can be exciting to be in on the ground floor of it and help push through them.

      Extremely positive work enviorment! Having a good team and an excellent product has made working at this company a standout in my career!

      Cons

      Employees are all on different timezones. Not bad but something to remeber when reaching out to members of the team.
