Severe Micro-Management. Owner has no interest in employee betterment. She will fire you if you speak up about an issue that goes against her beliefs. Uses guilt as a way to get her employees to fold and do as she wishes. She has zero personnel skills and is constantly undermining her core staff. No benefits offered. Lowest pay in the area. If you enjoy being lied to and watching a legacy die, this is the place for you.
