Pros
The company is stable. There are no delays with the payment of the salary. Very nice, friendly atmosphere in my department. Medical care plans for employees and contractors.
Cons
No real bonus plans. No increase in salary for a long time (you must negotiate as good as possible at the start). Very frequent top management changes - not good for overall perception of the company (inside and outside).
