Cliques and poor management - Logistics Coordinator Syfan Logistics Employee Review

EVERYONE is underpaid at Syfan logistics. I took a 1.00/ hour pay cut after coming on full-time that I was not told about prior. Their reasoning is that they pay more incentive during the holiday season so they can get more help; short-sighted after bringing on a small handful of full-time workers and cutting their pay. Management is close-minded, doesn't listen to employees. No tolerance for conflict, was let go due without warning or any attempt to discuss matters when a coworker conflict arised. Do not recommend, do not be fooled by their "Christian" values this is logistics everyone swears and talks behind each other's backs.
