Awful culture, awful people with unrealistic expectations - Anonymous employee Sycurio Employee Review

Working at Sycurio has been a rewarding experience. Coming from a large company where I was bound by rigid processes and structure, transitioning to a company like Sycurio, where my voice matters, has been invigorating. The environment here fosters creativity, and ideas are valued at every level. Leadership is inspiring, accessible, and genuinely invested in my growth. I’ve been empowered to think outside the box and contribute to solutions that drive the company forward, which makes it an exciting challenge. What I have recognized in my time at Sycurio is the emphasis on growth. The opportunities for advancement are boundless. Leadership here actively supports personal and professional growth, encouraging employees to take on new challenges and expand their horizons. The product is highly regarded in the marketplace, which makes the sales process smooth and straightforward. It’s rare to work with a product that makes every client interaction feel like an opportunity to make a meaningful impact. In short, Sycurio is a place where your ideas matter, leadership supports your growth, and the future is full of possibilities. Well, not surprised to see all of the other terrible reviews here. I’m going to go ahead and add to it. The leadership team has created a genuinely poor culture. Expectations placed on reps are consistently unrealistic and disconnected from what’s actually happening in the field. There’s a clear lack of support, direction, and accountability at the top. What stood out most to me was how little the company values its people. During a legitimate medical crisis where I had a heart attack, the primary concern from leadership was whether I would be back online later that same day. That tells you everything you need to know about how employees are viewed. From a performance standpoint, very few (if any) reps are actually closing meaningful business, and the company continues to miss targets quarter after quarter. Instead of addressing root issues, the burden is pushed onto reps without providing the tools, structure, or support needed to succeed. There is no real investment in people, no meaningful enablement, and no sense of a healthy or sustainable culture. It’s an environment driven by pressure without purpose. I would strongly encourage anyone considering joining to take a hard look at the patterns in these reviews; they are not isolated experiences. I will leave this company as soon as possible.
