      Good Work life balance, excellent training and development opportunities, ample time to work out your personal and career goals, good benefits for personal well being and family, good bonus every year

      Cons

      Egoistic managers, need to showcase your work and reach out to them even if you are not doing anything. Bootlicker, talkative and story teller people will have a heavenly time here.

      Pros

      Great pay and benefits, education provided. Low turnover rate, many people worked here for 10+ years. Company will take care of it's engineering dept.

      Cons

      Aggressive deadlines, lots of work. Sales led company that can lead to sudden changes in workflow between cycles. You never know when the next rush will happen. Sometimes overpromising from higher ups means you work long hours for days. In between rush cycles there is usually enough time to study for certifications.
