Small company that was very agile. You had great influence on the direction of the company without a bunch of red tape. If your ideas were solid, upper management would listen and many times let you run with it.

Syclo no longer exists, we were purchased by SAP a few years back. After the merger, the mojo was lost as people and departments were assimilated into the SAP borg.

Convenient suburb location Mobility is very interesting and impactful (but Syclo is not capitalizing) Baseline technology is sound (but Syclo is not continually improving its technology)

The benefit package is truly substandard....the most glaring example is ridiculously high health care costs Syclo has not continually evolved its technology; and competition is coming up with cutting edge alternatives Exec management has for the most part surrounded themselves by "yes" people, vs. realizing their shortcomings and hiring people to augment their skills and offer new ideas
