      Micro-managers, really intense work with poor pay and PTO - Clinician 1 Sycamores Employee Review

      licensure hours are the only pro

      Cons

      The company's culture is full of micro-managers from the top down. The work itself is difficult already, but I think the company consistently makes the cheapest decision they can make. There are no private offices, they overwork you to the bone, PTO is minimal (even though they say it is generous- other companies will give 5 to 6 weeks of vacation time, they provide about 2.5 the first year). DO NOT TAKE A JOB HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT. Benefits are not good, you still have to pay into it.

      -Strong support from leadership -allows for a lot of flexibility in your day to day

      High acuity clients and lots of administrative documentation can be difficult to keep up with

      Pros

      Good teaming from colleagues, great clinical experience, rewarding work with clients, opportunities for trainings, great way to get clinical hours and supervision

      Cons

      Hard to feel valued, micromanagement, PTO accrues slowly, upper management can be rigid about approving time off requests, large focus on productivity makes the mission at times feels dissonant from the boots on the ground work
