Pros
SyberJet uses Bamboo HR for all HR stuff including payroll, benefits, and trainings. It's really easy to get documents I need for taxes or what not. I'm really grateful for how generous Syberjet has been with schedule flexibility, I'm a full time student and they let me work on a flexible schedule.
Cons
I work in the same building as Metal Craft where they are actively manufacturing airplane parts and it can get loud. They also listen loud screamo music pretty often which sometimes makes it hard to focus up in our office but it's not that bad.
