Pros
teammates are great, cross-functional colleagues are fun to work with very interesting solutions to disrupt healthcare globally
Cons
There's NO GROWTH! "the lots of opportunities for growth" comment by people team earlier is infuriating and not true at all. So many people have tried for long time and realized leaving is the only way to grow... Also isn't it alarming that people team feel the need to boost glassdoor scoring? Is it not tone deaf to boost glassdoor a 5/5 where as others are reporting 1/5 (general mood at Sword is not great)? Are they reading the notes and making changes internally or are they overlooking it and sweeping issues under the rug? Some commercial leaders are on a high horse - makes folks on our team feeling trapped and angry, not motivated - which not where you want your sales people to be. There's a reason why people are leaving in doves. No one is fixing the core issues, which include toxic management, poor leadership, leaders making people FEEL small and bad about themselves all the time. Being talked AT and not with every. single. day....breaking people down, leaving them feeling very very frustrated. They ask you to speak up and ask questions but then talk over you and squash you down - best bet to never speak at all. Coupling that with the over-arching Sword problem of lacking in pay, respect, and growth potential. Avoid if you can.
