Pros

This company could’ve been something special, but the promotion of certain individuals into the highest level leadership roles was not the smartest move and there was a clear decline after the biggest change happened. There are certainly some hard-working and inspiring people at the lower levels of the company, but not even close to making the job worth it. The IT team was nice and helpful. Not much else to say on the positive front.

Cons

In my opinion, a poorly led company where the OGs drink the koolaid and it feels like a cult. Felt kinda scary to me honestly. Never felt valued there even though I performed well and made decent money, but nothing to brag about because the commission structure isn’t the best and the stress wasn’t worth it. The company seems to be pushing people out (by adding more annoying processes, 3-4 mandatory office days when it used to be remote, unpaid OT (nights/weekends), PIPs, unattainable metrics, and more) to avoid layoffs and quietly burn bridges. Even while performing well, I was in fear for my job at all times in that environment. It’s sad, and I hoped for more from Swoon.

Pros

* Supportive and accessible leadership team * Clear focus on specialization and career development * Strong training and coaching environment * High-performance culture that still feels collaborative * Opportunity for growth and increased responsibility * Transparent goals and expectations * Team celebrates wins and recognizes effort * Entrepreneurial environment where your impact is visible * Competitive compensation with upside potential * Exposure to reputable, enterprise-level clients

Cons

* Fast-paced, metrics-driven environment that may feel high pressure at times. * Hiring freezes or client budget cuts can impact deal flow unexpectedly. * Sales cycles can be long, especially with larger enterprise clients. * Requires strong resilience — rejection and follow-up are part of the daily rhythm in staffing.
