      - can be good pay - hybrid

      Cons

      - insane metrics - switched from remote to hybrid to get people to quit - not transparent - so many changes in a year (new teams, new president, new metrics, in office)

      Pros

      I have a contracted job at a big company that values me. Not Swoon.

      Cons

      Low pay. No paid holidays. 5 days to use as vacation or sick time. No communication to see how things are going at the company I work at. The company I work at authorizes a pay raise and Swoon takes more of the raise than they give to me. Health insurance offered does not cover anything major that may happen.
