      People are very cool. Hi

      -Management is terrible -No work life balance -Unrealistic -Company is struggling -“Culture” is toxic I would NEVER recommend anyone work for Swoon. The way the employees are treated is terrible. They have 0 loyalty, but will terminate for your “disloyalty” (resume on a job board). They do not give you resources to be successful. One bad month and they will let you go. Do not drink the punch. Do not work here. I bet the company goes under before too long.

      Pros

      I have a contracted job at a big company that values me. Not Swoon.

      Cons

      Low pay. No paid holidays. 5 days to use as vacation or sick time. No communication to see how things are going at the company I work at. The company I work at authorizes a pay raise and Swoon takes more of the raise than they give to me. Health insurance offered does not cover anything major that may happen.
