Do not believe their lies when the company recruiters tell you that you get to go to these “festivals” and all of these company events there are few to no company events other than presidents club. Leadership is falling off left and right including the head of Canada, VP of operations, and one of the Executive VP’s all in 2023 alone. They will push you and tell you that you aren’t doing enough and you need to work more. The new president doesn’t know how to execute any change appropriately. When she announced the layoffs and shut down of the Swoon Consulting decision she smiled afterwards in the all hands call (while announcing it) portraying that she was happy about it. They truthfully don’t care about their employees like they claim to and their back up would be that they are going back to the “old swoon” because they are having a company holiday party but you don’t even get to be with your team. Also, DO NOT believe all of the reviews you read a lot of them are from the leadership team to make the companies reviews look better. Let’s also not forget that there is no diversity (only a few POC at the company and none in core leadership) at the company.
