      Excellent support from my recruiter (Justine), she is always prompt on response - truly service with smile! Back office support is just AWESOME! Always get response within 24 hours with great guidance on insurance, payroll, tax, how to submit expense... I would truly recommend Swoon consulting in my network, extremely happy with them!

      Pros

      I have a contracted job at a big company that values me. Not Swoon.

      Cons

      Low pay. No paid holidays. 5 days to use as vacation or sick time. No communication to see how things are going at the company I work at. The company I work at authorizes a pay raise and Swoon takes more of the raise than they give to me. Health insurance offered does not cover anything major that may happen.
