      Pros

      Great company to work for! Competitive Pay and Benefits. Great office in downtown Chicago. Exceptional colleagues, that are great to work with. Previously worked at other staffing firms, and this hands down has the best management and environment I have been in.

      Cons

      Just general challenges of the industry,finding good work/life balance. But that just comes along with the recruiting industry.

      Pros

      I have a contracted job at a big company that values me. Not Swoon.

      Cons

      Low pay. No paid holidays. 5 days to use as vacation or sick time. No communication to see how things are going at the company I work at. The company I work at authorizes a pay raise and Swoon takes more of the raise than they give to me. Health insurance offered does not cover anything major that may happen.
