      Pros

      Fully remote and opportunity to make amazing money. Pays much better than some of the larger competitors. Very transparent culture as well, weekly town halls where we go through successes and how the company is doing financially.

      Cons

      Very Busy, you need to be prepared to grind.

      Pros

      I have a contracted job at a big company that values me. Not Swoon.

      Cons

      Low pay. No paid holidays. 5 days to use as vacation or sick time. No communication to see how things are going at the company I work at. The company I work at authorizes a pay raise and Swoon takes more of the raise than they give to me. Health insurance offered does not cover anything major that may happen.
