They go above and beyond in preparing you to get a job and then successfully transfer into the position. They really are levels above any other staffing agency out there and I can't recommend them highly enough. *Everyone* that I've worked with at Swoon has been kind and very helpful. I haven't used Health Benefits yet but they seem to be fine.

I have a contracted job at a big company that values me. Not Swoon.
Cons
Low pay. No paid holidays. 5 days to use as vacation or sick time. No communication to see how things are going at the company I work at. The company I work at authorizes a pay raise and Swoon takes more of the raise than they give to me. Health insurance offered does not cover anything major that may happen.
