One of the best companies I have worked for!! Management is supportive, engaging and very motivating. They really care about their employees and are empathetic to our needs. They have given me the tools to succeed in this role. I love my job!

I have a contracted job at a big company that values me. Not Swoon.
Cons
Low pay. No paid holidays. 5 days to use as vacation or sick time. No communication to see how things are going at the company I work at. The company I work at authorizes a pay raise and Swoon takes more of the raise than they give to me. Health insurance offered does not cover anything major that may happen.
