The team was made up of fun people that all started at the same time as me
Cons
- Huge HR violations to make excuses for pushed out promotions
- Whole thing is set up like a pyramid scheme so that you never receive your commissions
- They neglect to tell you in interviews that if you can't meet their outrageous standards for metrics (which are INSANE compared to other companies) that you will be FIRED 3 months into your job
- They care more about you meeting sub & placement metrics than the actual clients or people you are placing
- Company is essentially run by a bunch of teenagers that have no idea what they're doing
- NO work/life balance... Wanted recruiters working 24/7. Constantly blamed the fact that recruiters weren't working overtime instead of a flawed system that is set up to make people fail.
- Favorite example: (This took place in Chicago, IL headquarters office) Friend of mine was unprepared for her 'cycle' to start and she needed to change her pants (as she could not stay in her current state all day) and offered to work from home. Upper level management would not allow her to go home to change/WFH so she had to go out across the street to a strip mall on her lunch to purchase new pants...
