Being a part of a growing company. Having your voice heard and being able to affect change. The people are amazing. The owners have an open door and open ear policy which allows for great collaboration. The location is perfect. The production area facility upgrades allow for better work conditions and generate excitement about what will be next. So glad to be a part of the next generation of Switzer.

No hot/cold filtrated water dispenser. Decor needs to be refreshed.

Nice newer well landscaped building in Blasdell New York. The current labor based employees are hard working and knowledgeable. Company offers health insurance after thirty days of employment.
Cons
New owners of Switzer either gave up, looking to sell business, or do not understand the basics. Company hires with open arms and promotion of amazing career path opportunities, but that is short lived. Switzer boasts a number of knowledgeable 20 year plus employees that communication lines have been cutoff with.
