Pros
1. The team is very familial. I couldn't anticipate how the team would react to me when I was hired however I was embraced fully once they saw I was hired to be here for them. Now the bond is remarkable. 2. Everyone has a sincere desire to do well individually and collectively. True teamwork is represented by each team member's willingness to jump in and help others. 3. I have NEVER seen an owner that truly knows each and every employee and personally cares about them. She goes to whatever length is necessary to ensure the leadership team has what we need to help the team members thrive. 4. Many employees have been in the corporate housing industry for a large number of years so the breadth of knowledge and experience has been inspiring to be around
Cons
There were some missteps with past leadership that took awhile for the team to rebound from. I provided 4 stars instead of 5 because there are still some areas where we need to grow but in the 8 months since my arrival, I have seen so many positive changes that I am sure we'll see continued marked improvement with time.
