It's a small company with super-efficient processes, I like my day-to-day work and the challenges each day brings, DTO policy and the fact that everyone looks helping each-other instead of being a bump in the way like it happens in other companies.
Cons
maybe the only thing is that it's hard to continue growing your career path after some time.
