      Pros

      Comp is competitive. Great engineering colleagues. No timeliness pressures from management

      Cons

      The amount of paperwork needed to accomplish R&D is prohibitive. Owners seem to want to go in multiple directions so it's hard to tell where the company will be in the next 6 months. There are 3 different company logos on the front door.
