The CEO, Michael, is very open and takes interns/freelancers seriously. The team is run with a lot of confidence and trust. If you want to learn something new or take on additional projects, you are always supported and encouraged to do so.
Cons
There are a lot of tasks you can take on, but be careful not to do too much. It can be hard to stick to your hours here, not because you are required to overwork, but because you'll want to take on additional responsibilities.
