Pros

In my experience of working at Switch I have witnessed a company and management team that values their employees, their career progression and their mental health. Switch it a fast-paced agency that promotes open, honest and transparent communication amongst all levels of their staff. I have pushed outside of my comfort zone on multiple occasions but never without support or the given confidence that it is beyond my capability. I have learnt more in my 4 years at Switch than in my entire career. Switch encourage an outstanding work/life balance, always considering the needs of their employees highly and often, what feels above those of the business. When I have had personal circumstances arise Switch was quick to support me, even in situations where they have had no obligation to do so. Switch has put effort into fostering a great culture and I am incredibly lucky to have had the opportunity to gain friends for life.

Cons

Switch is a niche, fast-paced digital agency. They have high expectations and quality standards, their work is outstanding and a true reflection of the management team & talent employed here. This is not a con just a point to note when considering if this company is for you.
