Pros
It's always different and interesting. We organize a lot of public events and meet a lot of people that either come visit, study, or live in SF. The experience is pretty much up to you. There's a lot of freedom but you have to forge your own path. The best think about swissnex is the awesome people that work there.
Cons
Well, you don't work at swissnex to make money and the tax situation is kind of tricky as with any other international organization in the U.S. A lot of the responsibility lies on the CEO so you have to get along with him. But I think this applies to any other company out there.
