      A hugely supportive company to work with, very satisfying to learn the technologies that Swisslog uses, and a great work atmosphere throughout

      Cons

      Nothing to do with Swisslog, but Covid hit soon after I started, limiting the otherwise inclusive company activities

      401K match is excellent Lots of Travel and excellent peers to work with

      Lack of women in leadership of any kind Management is insular and does not back up their employees No career path from within
