Talented and hard working people (team), with managers who support and NOT mettle in the people and processes. I have no 'cons' about SwissVBS.

Friendly folks, a mix of former teachers and creative personalities. Good for early learners.

Culture can be intense - almost cult like. 24/7 Slack postings and 95% extroverts. Lots of guilt & peer pressure tactics used to tame high workloads. If you don't "fit in" and jump for joy everyday - you will not last long.
