Pros
Parking right on site. There are always lots of parking available and it was free. Human Resources, Sam and Phyllis, were extremely helpful. They were understanding and encouraging. They would occasionally create these cultured events that would help with the team rapport. The on site gym is great! Since the location is quite remote, it is great to have access to a gym. Definitely great for company health.
Cons
some higher management don't know what they're doing. You just do what you're told even though you know there's something weird about it. Location is remote in Delta. Quiet warehouse area, so you don't get a lot of other options in the area.
