      Pros

      Both physically and intellectually challenging. Fun to work with different teams and a lot of travel opportunities. The pay was decent enough. Great experience.

      Cons

      Long hours before and during game time, depending on the testing results and games schedule. Depending on local weather the working environment can be tough.
