      Lots of autonomy so if you are not a "go-getter" it may not be the right place for you.

      Pros

      Commitment to employees/team members. Working in an exciting SAAS digital tool marketplace for manufacturers. Great team focused on winning together. Flat management structure where you have direct access to founders and CEO. Work hard and Play hard. :)

      Its not an easy job. Growing rapidly which can create challenges.
