- Leadership will subtly criticize you/make you question your abilities as a feedback/performance incentive strategy - Behavioral standards not the same for all staff - Environment can feel like high school/mean girl cliques, coming from the very top down - Poor transparency around company decisions, hiring/firing, layoffs, etc. - Very little clarity around what distinguishes one role/level from another and exactly how to get promoted. Job ladders and competencies rolled out far later than they should have been - Very little cultural and ethnic diversity
