      No benefits, no retirement, the weather can be brutal

      This Review doesn't seem to belong to our company. We operate only in the state of Wisconsin. We also do not pay per pool, we offer hourly wages. We also offer full benefits including a 401k plan with company match.

      We help people enjoy their lives, which is a very fulfilling thing to do. Every day is different, but the result is always the same: we make it easy for people to have a private paradise in their backyard. This company has a strong culture built with great people.

      Cons

      This business is very much feast or famine, which may not be fitting for everyone. But aside from that there's nothing not to like about who we are and what we do.
