Pros
Connecting with kids and seeing them accomplish something that's difficult for them is super rewarding. Company is growing a lot and management has changed a lot of things to cater to employees. Training and benefits have improved and make it a better place to work. I love my co-workers and the SwimKids community.
Cons
Job can be physically demanding- hard to work more than part-time.
