Lack of respect - Swim Instructor SwimExpert Employee Review

Unpaid if there was a gap in schedule meaning 4 hour shifts could only be paid for an hour, contract wasn’t always followed, shifts cancelled often and last minute- which then means management try and send you to locations that are over an hour away for a 2 hour shift. Good performance and effort was rarely acknowledged and lots of managers treated employees with very little respect or understanding.
