Swim is strongly mission-driven— everyone wakes up to meet the mission of changing generational poverty. The team is incredibly strong. The CEO is a visionary leader who has a unique ability to strategically view and handle any situation. I have been given the opportunity to grow and learn here — taking a chance and acting is encouraged, and mistakes are handled with an attitude of ‘everyone rolling up their sleeves to help fix it’.

Being a smaller company means that sometimes you have to wear multiple hats— but, so far, this has resulted in enormous professional growth and opportunity to develop new skills.

Friendly coworkers and a collaborative team atmosphere at the peer level. Opportunity to take on a variety of responsibilities and gain experience across different areas.

I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. The onboarding process and first month were extremely difficult due to a lack of structure, clear processes, and basic organization. Expectations were unclear, and there was little to no guidance. Communication from management was inconsistent and often ineffective. Concerns raised were frequently dismissed or not addressed, and important matters could go unanswered for extended periods. There were no clear escalation paths, making it difficult to resolve issues. Turnover appears to be very high, which significantly impacts stability, morale, and continuity of work. The benefits package is weak. The 401k is employee funded, and health insurance options are limited. Overall compensation does not feel competitive with the market.
