Pros
High energy employees. Excellent resume builder. Great place to sharpen skills and step from the college classroom to your first career. Although many have had negative things to say here about previous CEO, he brought momentum, energy and vision to the company.
Cons
Previous leadership focused heavily on mission, vision & values. Current leadership seems to lack all three. Also, set expectations low when it comes to mutual respect while working with this leadership.
