      Exciting and fun to place to work Creative with the approach to work Agile methodology done very well Strong management with a focus vision and target Open door policy, staff felt valued

      Previous regime changed after take over Political Quickly turned into bureaucracy where old the good points turned around Childish and petty managers left to run certain teams

      Full glass front so was terribly cold in winter and boiling in summer.

      Pros

      Great friendly fun place to work. Supported. When you needed anything was very efficient at sorting it out. Great office environment.

      Cons

      Started to go downhill a bit towards the end of my time there, a lot of talent slowly left. Less exciting things to work on.
