Pros
The sell you on the dream, the money, and the company culture. You walk in thinking this is the company I have always wanted to work for.
Cons
You bought a lemon. Nothing is as it seems. The paint color on teh used car bleeds off. The wheels and tires are broken and flat. The engine starts good but cannot run without petering out. There is either no supervision or too much. They formulate opinions of staff without any basis but rather their personnel opinions. If they want someone out they find a way, regardless of that persons loyalty. Everyone is in it for themselves and not for the team.
