Pros

1. Company is clearly focused on moving an innovative nine year old startup towards profitability and growth. 2. Proliferation of "must have" features and functionality on a flexible platform is proceeding well 3. Customers are supportive of the improved areas of the business 4. Team members are seasoned, leaned in, supportive and driven by a strong culture - have achieved a lot as a lean company 5. Management and team leaders are providing a deep layer of executional acumen that aligns with the overall GTM objectives

Cons

1. Business assumptions haven't always reflected reality as the market begins to shift and Swift is quickly learning to adjust 2. The next stage of the company means an evolving organization which not everyone is prepared for 3. Not everything can be a priority so some very hard choices have to be made for the success of the company - tech direction, skillsets, capacity for growth

Cons

We are some way away from having all the processes we need, but everyday is better than the previous.

Pros

Pay and compensation is above market

Cons

The Chief of Staff’s poor behaviour has crushed morale and is widely disliked, contributes no meaningful work or value, and is frankly soul-crushing to be around. It’s baffling how she got the job and the result has been a steady erosion of team spirit. The Chief of Staff’s approach consists primarily of relaying directives from the CEO without contributing independent insight, analysis, or support. With no prior business experience outside of a military background, there is little understanding of the processes involved, which limits the ability to provide guidance beyond repeating instructions. This dynamic offers no meaningful opportunity for team members to learn from or be inspired by leadership.
