Pros

There are no such reasons.

Cons

Extreme lack of Management Structure. No Value given to Employees. Seemingly friendly work culture where the toxicity comes to form as days pass by. No bridge between Business Development team, Customer Service team and the Operations team. Laughable SLAs, deadlines and work pressure to every individual- the work is piled up as long as the person starts to break. Extremely insufficient infrastructure, which is unimaginably cumbersome and getting increasingly so with the huge influx of new joinees. There's no provision of replacement when employees resign- if 2 people leave a certain team, the number of accounts they were handling are distributed by the rest, which explains why the attrition rate is as dismal. The initiatives taken by the HR to improve work-life balance (after unanimously being coaxed by employees specifically the GM to comment on) is ZERO. Instead, the issue is treated with mockery. To make matter worse, the company is getting desperate to retain employees- with brute force methods such as announcing bogus and far fetched incentive schemes but doubling/ tripling of notice period effective from the day of announcement. No respite even after completing 10 working hours every week.

Pros

Well established company Flexible Friendly staff

Cons

-Highly dependent on their other business counterparts. -There is no company structure in terms of people or processes related to work. The roles are not at all defined. Employees are often confused about their own responsibilities, this creates major issues between departments. - No performance reviews, bad employees often get by with making even serious of mistakes, good employees are neglected even after giving extra-ordinary performance. - 'If you want changes, do it yourself' attitude
