Pros

Decent base, but no other financial perks whatsoever.

Cons

Nothing i was told in the interview was correct/no training at all/micro managed beyond belief/the owner is a self righteous man who does nothing wrong...it's always your fault/no strategy to win/youre treated like a first grader/owner has his pets who do whatever they want/almost slave shop mentality/there are no benefits or perks/youre expected to show up for work even before work starts/said a lot in my interview which none were accurate like the company will grow twice its size in a year or two....there is now way. Every one is on edge and pins and needles...i'd rather be at the dentist getting a root canal

Pros

The training provided by Xerox was excellent. Unfortunately, DMC does not use it.

Cons

Unreasonable, overly demanding, and condescending owner/agent. His behavior borders on contributing to a hostile work environment. The owner lied to me in my interview about my predecessor stating that "She was staying with the company, but she'll be working in a different capacity". Not true. After the Xerox training, NO agency training is provided, and they do nothing in the manner you were taught to do in the Xerox training. Extremely subpar salary, and commissions take over two weeks to receive. No mileage allowance provided, and you are required drive a minimum of 300 miles per week. You will probably spend a minimum of $250 per month on gas alone. No benefits to speak of, with the exception a low grade, high cost medical policy, and if you need to use it, you are treated like a pariah. Biggest mistake of my professional life.
