They try to be 'hip' and always open to new ideas but in reality they only care about the senior employees, who aren't many.

With a company of under 50 employees they lost close to 8 people in the 8 months I was there which is strange since in the opening interview they stated no one leaves unless its for a dream job. Clearly not the case.
LONG hours with no over time unless you are a contracted employee.
Consistently talking about improvements and business development ideas but never execute.
There is a high school clique mentality between the people who have been there the longest.
