Toxic work culture, incompetent senior leadership - Sales Swept Employee Review

Toxic work culture where everyone things they are a SME, but actually know less than you. Senior leadership made a lot of snap decisions without sufficient data to back it up. Management will tell you they want something, but when you ask them to expand on it and what that looks like to them, they stare at you blankly. People within departments (besides the dev team) hold on to tools or tricks that make them stand out instead of sharing knowledge. Salary was in line with pay in Nova Scotia, which is much less than you could make anywhere else, especially with remote work. If remote work was more common at the time, my experience would have gotten me something much better than this. People were expected to consistently work after hours and on weekends to be available for prospective clients at any time. Senior leadership will not teach you anything, anything you need to learn will be on your own time, if you have energy left from working 12 hour days and on weekends.
