I'm really sorry to see this as your view of Sweetwater. Any concerns you have about management decisions can always be discussed with your manager or HR so I'd encourage you to do this if you haven't yet. We're always happy to discuss concerns. In addition, our senior management team has signed off on quite a few new commitments over just the past year as an expression of our care for our employees. These include benefits like our free and interest-free employee emergency loan program, free in-house mental health counseling, parental leave, a new tuition reimbursement program, lowered employee healthcare premiums, increased hourly wages, and many more. This is on top of our long-time campus benefits like our free on-site health clinic for employees and their family members, free gym and personal trainer, and employee concierge services.
