The other deputies are supportive, friendly and work well together. The environmment is state-of-the-art, brand-new and located centrally. Fair starting wage, paid training at the WLEA. Some opportunites for overtime, including holiday pay and travel time. Paid continued training, including travel costs and registration costs.

Terrible leadership, benefits going downhill quickly, low employee retention, unfair working conditions, officer safety often a problem, unsupportive leadership, no support from supervisors, etc.
