      Pros

      Coworkers within department were fine. Mid- and upper-level management were very good. Competence was rewarded with trust and pay. Flexible scheduling.

      Cons

      Overall culture was overwhelmingly negative, and support staff get to hear everyone's cynicism. Who can stand to work around people who have forgotten their purpose and despise their organization? C-suite leadership was disengaged and super corporate. Benefits were below average.

      Pros

      Supportive supervisors who always respond, chances to grow and learn, the team supports each other. The top supervisors for all of Sweetser come by at night and on weekends to check in with us and with the kids and to say hi and ask what we need.

      Work is hard for the money but i think it will get easy with time

      Clinical leadership is abysmal. Ethical concerns across the board. Safety concerns due to inappropriate resident placements. Under-resourced staff.
