      Sweet Leaf has a ton of opportunity for growth. Sweet Leaf is very fast paced which creates the opportunity to take complete ownership over your particular responsibilities.

      Cons

      Because Sweet Leaf Tea Company is such a young company with extremely fast growth rates, employees are spread thin. There are also many cases of employees being underpaid based on industry standards.

      Pros

      Creative thinking encouraged. Independent leadership mentality. Very cool / hip / fun work atmosphere prior to Nestle takeover. Small company with a good story behind it.

      Cons

      After the Nestle buy out, company was restructured (pretty typical), and company suddenly lost it's "Homemade Goodness in a Bottle" feel. Mentality changed to more of a 'Sobe'.
