Pros
I couldn't have been happier working at Sweet Basil. The staff truly feels like a family and everyone is friendly and supportive. The training was top notch. Also, the restaurant is always busy so your time working goes by quickly. Liked that the waitstaff pooled and divided tips equally. The employee discount didn't hurt either!
Cons
Very fast-paced environment, which I liked, but some may find stressful. The restaurant is small and doesn't serve alcohol or dessert so I think you could make better tips elsewhere.
